Shoreditch Tube : A friend of mine has got it into his head to photograph every single one of the London Underground stations, and I went along with him on a rainy St George's day to take the ten or so stations of the East London Line.<br><br>Shoreditch station is apparently due to close forever, and so this wasa good place to start his photographic record for posterity. We had to check in with the station supervisors at each station to show them our permits to shoot on LU property, and we found the staff on the whole very friendly - this was one of the drivers who after alittle bit of persuasion, hammed it up for the cameras - he's actually posing for my friend here, but I like the way it came out. : (C) Gary Tong : london,underground,tube,train,driver
